Goolsby Ventures LLC is the primary business entity responsible for all operations, data handling, and contractual relationships associated with the Mobile Offload platform.

Mobile Offload operates in partnership with Hudson House, which serves as a brokerage partner in facilitating carrier offload network agreements. Hudson House does not independently collect, store, or process end-user personal data submitted through this website.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a qualification form or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name and business name
• Email address and phone number
• Business address and venue type
• Estimated daily foot traffic
• Any additional details you voluntarily provide in the message field

We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, browser type, referring URL) through privacy-respecting tools. This data is aggregated and never tied to an individual identity.

• Evaluate whether your location qualifies for the Mobile Offload carrier network program

• Hudson House (Brokerage Partner): As our brokerage partner, Hudson House may receive the minimum information necessary to facilitate a carrier agreement on your behalf. This is disclosed to you prior to any such sharing and is subject to the same confidentiality standards.
• Carrier Partners (AT&T, T-Mobile, Google Fi): If you proceed with a deployment agreement, only the business-level information required for the carrier contract (business name, address, point of contact) is shared — never personal financial or consumer data.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process (e.g., court order or subpoena).

5. Data Security

We take the security of your information seriously. All data transmitted through this website is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a secure third-party form service that does not store your data beyond delivery to our inbox. We do not maintain an internal database of form submissions beyond our own email records.

The carrier offload network infrastructure itself operates with full WPA3 enterprise-grade encryption and complete network separation between carrier traffic and your existing business network.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This website uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics only. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting technologies. We do not participate in cross-site behavioral tracking.
